The Port of Durrës is administered by the Durrës Port Authority (DPA), which ensures the effective operation and sustainable development of the largest port in the country.
The governing bodies of the DPA are the Supervisory Council and the Executive Directorate.
Supervisory Council
The Supervisory Council is the highest decision-making body of the DPA and is composed of representatives from state institutions and the private sector:
- Mr Ami Kozeli – Chairperson, representative of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy
- Mr Genci Gjonçaj – Vice-Chairperson, representative of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy
- Mr Ardian Maçi – Member, representative of the Ministry of Economy
- Ms Elisabeta Mataj – Member, representative of the Prefecture of Durrës
- Mr Genc Mata – Member, representative of the private sector
- Ms Bruna Cene – Member, representative of the private sector
Executive Directorate
The Executive Directorate is led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who is responsible for daily management and the implementation of the port’s development strategies.
