- Law No. 9901, dated 14.04.2008 – On Entrepreneurs and Commercial Companies, as amended

- Instruction No. 2565, dated 23.05.2016, on the conditions and procedures for licensing port services
- Instruction No. 883, dated 21.12.2018, on licensing national and international maritime transport for vehicles and/or passengers
Purpose
This document aims to implement an integrated and sustainable development strategy in the field of port operations through:
- improving port infrastructure and facilities;
- modernising operational equipment and technology;
- strengthening financial and human resources, as well as providing effective institutional support, with the aim of:
increasing operational efficiency and safety; enhancing commercial orientation and competitiveness; facilitating and accelerating operational processes at the Port of Durrës.
