44 tourist yachts & pleasure boats of different sizes have been berthed at the Port of Durres during the first 10 days of June, noticed from DPA Information Center. Part of them are yachts up to 100 meters in length.
The number of yachts anchored in the port is increased significantly with the launch of the tourist season.
“Moon Shine”, “Lady Bianca”, “My Way”, “Obelix 3”, “Josephine” are just some of the ringing names of yachts arriving from different ports that have chosen to stop at the largest port of our country. Sources from the Statistics Sector in the DPA reported that since the beginning of the year in Durrës have arrived 89 yachts in total, and their number is expected to be increase during the summer season. According to the same source, their stay in the coastal city lasts from 4-5 hours to one week.
