During 2018, at the country’s largest port were processed 134,526 containers (TEU Container Units). Within the year left behind, in the Container Terminal were processed 185 specialized (dedicated) vessels.
The figure is 16,256 TEU far more larger than the number of containers processed in 2017 – sources from the Statistics Sector at DPA- say.
From the same sources it is learned that during 2018 were processed 67,836 TEU containers for export and 67,140 TEU from import.
The processed vessels have transported over 1.5 million tons of freight containers.
